CWC Jaycee Hut

If you would like info regarding renting the Hut, please contact us at rentals@cwcjaycees.org and let us know when you would like to rent our facility. If you are a member of our CWC Chapter, you will receive first priority on rental dates, as well as a discounted rate. You should review the Hut Rules and the Rental Agreement before contacting the chapter. Print the rules and agreement whenever you have permission to use the Hut. Once you sign the contract, you may hand-deliver it or mail it to 1153 Walter Price St, Cayce, SC 29033. We have a secure mail vault on the property so you can safely drop off any documents and/or money at our physical location.

The rental agreement should be submitted 28 days prior to occupancy. A refundable $100 security deposit (SD) is required at the time the rental agreement is signed and approved by a CWC Jaycees Representative. This amount will be returned if the property is left in satisfactory condition after use. Separate personal checks for security deposits are subject to being cashed at the time the rental fee is received. Any refunds will be made after facilities are assessed by CWC Jaycees Board Members. The rental fee is due 7 days prior to your rental date. We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and cashier's checks. You may also use the PayPal icon on this page to submit your payment with a credit or debit card.

Rental Rates

The Hut is unavailable from September 21st through November 5th due to Hall of Horrors usage.

*Major Holidays include New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

*Minor Holidays include Super Bowl Sunday, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Veterans Day.

Negotiations of prices and/or access to property can be made by CWC Jaycees Board Members at their discretion. Any usage of the facility outside the contracted time frames will be grounds to withhold $25 per hour from the security deposit. Rental Rates are subject to change without notice, and this web page is only to be used as a guide to our official rental policies.
